The Prostate
The prostate is a gland located next to the bladder. It's function is to produce the fluid that lubricates semen. It is involved in urinary and sexual function.
Conditions related to the prostate:

Prostatitis - this is inflammation of the prostate due to infection. Prostatitis can lead to worsening urinary symptoms, pain and blood in the semen.

Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH)

BPH - this is enlargement of the prostate that leads to uirnary symptoms in men such as difficulty passing urine, poor flow and going frequently to pass urine durin the day or night
